Charges On Mobile Phone Use Even While Driving Becomes Serious As Police Campaign Heightens

The police campaign in the Isle of Man has resulted in higher than a dozen persons busted and prosecuted after being caught~captured~found~ensnared} while they were using their mobile phones while driving.
